This is quite possibly the simplest quinoa recipe out there. Just puree the fruit, combine with the quinoa and seeds and enjoy. The fruit can be mixed together or served separately (just combine each fruit serving with 3 tablespoons of the quinoa and 1/2 tablespoon seeds). Enjoy as part of a healthy breakfast, nutritious snack or delicious dessert. You decide!
You will need:
6 tablespoons cooked quinoa
1/2 mango, peeled
2 kiwis, peeled
1 heaped tablespoon toasted flaxseed
Drizzle with coconut milk and enjoy!
