Autumnal culinary adventures are full of colour and delicious flavours and these 4 Easy Apple Recipes capture the essence of autumn beautifully. Check out last week’s features and join in with #CookBlogShare Week #46!
Welcome to #CookBlogShare Week #46!
#CookBlogShare is a weekly link party where we share recipes, comment on each other’s cooking creations and generally immerse ourselves in the world of gastronomy! If you’ve got a recipe this is the place to show it off!
I have the pleasure of co-hosting this link party together with 2 fantastic bloggers and each of us gets to host about once a month. The other co-hosts are: Eb@Easy Peasy Foodie and Jacqui@Recipes Made Easy.
#CookBlogShare is also occasionally guest hosted.
If you are new to this link party please take a moment to read the guidelines below. Joining is very simple and you are welcome to share your old and new recipes (there is no specific theme and all recipes are welcome).
Thank you to everyone who shared their recipe with us last week.
When it comes to choosing recipes to showcase I am always drawn to seasonal offerings. And last week was no exception. I find autumn especially inspiring with its abundance of colourful, delicious fruit and vegetables. I am glad I am not the only one as many of you have shared delicious autumnal recipes with us last week.
There were as many as 4 fantastic, easy apple recipes and I decided they would be the highlight of this week’s linky.
THE FEATURES: 4 EASY APPLE RECIPES
So here are this week’s features, in no particular order.
First up are these gorgeous Grain, Dairy and Refined Sugar Free Mini Apple and Blackberry Crumbles. Anna from Once Upon the Food Blog created a combination of fruit and nuts that’s delicious as well as nutritious. Healthy enough to enjoy for breakfast, but also great as a snack or even healthy dessert. These cute apple and blackberry crumbles are simple, delicious and versatile!
These fantastic Sticky Ginger Apple Cakes shared by Choclette from Tin and Thyme must have gone down a treat on Bonfire Night! I love the fact that these apple cakes are made using wholemeal flour as well as nutritious kefir. So it’s another delicious as well as nutritious treat!
Balvinder from Simple Gluten Free Kitchen shared her delicious sounding Spiced Hot Apple Cider. This virgin cider has no added sugar! How fantastic is that! This cider drink is warming, full of spice, and super easy to make. Preparation takes 5 minutes and the cider is ready in only 20 minutes. Plus it will make your kitchen smell delicious!
Last but certainly not least is this magnificent Apple Cinnamon Cake recipe brought to the party by Kat from The Baking Explorer. The apple sponge and layers of cinnamon buttercream topped with a drizzle of salted caramel make a fantastic flavour combination! This cake would make a wonderful Thanksgiving dessert.
More easy apple recipes
I also love to create apple recipes and my most recent one is Easy Baked Apples with Maple Pecans. I also have a healthy apple crumble in my repertoire. I’ve shared savoury apple recipes, too. They include a simple butternut squash curry with chicken and apple, as well as cauliflower soup with apple.
Thank you again for sharing your delicious recipes with #CookBlogShare! I am looking forward to seeing your recipes, whether old or new, so join the party and link up your creations!
