Coming up with new and exciting lunchbox recipe ideas can be a challenge, but with a little help from creative blogger friends this task becomes a little less daunting. Check out these 3 delicious Easy Lunchbox Recipes Plus #CookBlogShare Week #37.
Welcome to #CookBlogShare Week #37!
#CookBlogShare is a weekly link party where we share recipes, comment on each other’s cooking creations and generally immerse ourselves in the world of gastronomy! If you’ve got a recipe this is the place to show it off!
I have the pleasure of co-hosting this link party together with 2 fantastic bloggers and each of us gets to host about once a month. The other co-hosts are: Eb@Easy Peasy Foodie and Jacqui@Recipes Made Easy.
#CookBlogShare is also occasionally guest hosted. Our guest hosts so far have been Jenny from Apply to Face Blog, Rebecca from Glutarama, and Midge from The Peachicks’ Bakery. All fine bloggers with lots of delicious, creative culinary ideas. Be sure to check out their yummy blogs!
If you are new to this link party please take a moment to read the guidelines below. Joining is very simple and you are welcome to share your old and new recipes (there is no specific theme and all recipes are welcome).
Thank you to everyone who shared their recipe with us last week.
#CookBlogShare Week #37
This is my first time hosting #CookBlogShare in 2 months and I am very excited to be back! My month long holiday in Canada this summer took me away from blogging as well as hosting for a while. Holidays are great but coming back home is even better!
And being back in my kitchen was the best! Finally I was able to bake my Canadian inspired Gluten Free Blueberry Muffins with Maple Syrup!
These delicious, healthy muffins can be enjoyed for breakfast or snack anytime. They also make a fantastic easy lunchbox idea, which is what busy parents are looking for at this time of year!
Which is also the theme of this week’s #CookBlogShare!
Kids get bored easily, not just with their toys but also with the content of their lunchboxes. The challenge to keep them away from unhealthy junk food is not easy! But it’s absolutely possible with the help of these delicious and easy snack recipes I’ve chosen to feature this week.
Easy Lunchbox Recipes Plus #CookBlogShare Week #37
Cat from Curly’s Cooking shared with us her light and fluffy Cheese & Mango Chutney Muffins recipe. I am a big fan of muffins, both sweet and savoury, and have tried lots and lots of flavour combinations, but never this one. It sounds absolutely gorgeous! Not only that, these muffins are really easy to make and are pretty healthy too!
Lizet from Chipa By The Dozen brought to the party her delicious Bolivian Cheese Empanadas. This really doesn’t look like a quick and easy recipe but looks can be deceiving. They are actually quite simple to make. They make a delicious snack, savoury with a hint of sweetness. Crispy on the outside with melted, gooey cheese on the inside! Yum!
Kate from Gluten Free Alchemist shared her super yummy looking End of Summer Roasted Fruit Flapjack recipe. I love the idea of roasting the fruit before putting in a recipe like this. I can imagine the intense, rich fruity flavour it would produce. This is one of the most delicious flapjack recipes I’ve ever come across!
Thank you again for sharing your delicious recipes with #CookBlogShare! I am looking forward to seeing your recipes, whether old or new, so join the party and link up your creations!
