This Mango Kiwi Breakfast Quinoa is quite possibly the simplest quinoa recipe out there. It consists of 4 ingredients and takes minutes to prepare. Just puree the fruit, combine with the quinoa and seeds and enjoy. The fruit can be mixed together or served separately. Simply combine each fruit serving with 3 tablespoons of the quinoa and 1/2 tablespoon seeds.

- 6 tablespoons cooked quinoa
- 1/2 mango peeled
- 2 kiwis peeled
- 1 heaped tablespoon toasted flaxseed

Puree the fruit separately. Combine with the quinoa, sprinkle the flaxeed over the top, drizzle with coconut milk and enjoy!
