British Poultry Awards 2017 Plus Mojito with Mastika.

- 40 ml rum
- 30 ml Mastika optional
- 90 ml sparkling water
- 6 sprigs fresh mint 4-5 small leaves each, use leaves only
- Juice and zest of 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 4-5 ice cubes
Finely chop up the mint leaves with the lime zest, place in a cocktail glass, add sugar and lime juice and stir. Let infuse for a minute. Add the rest of the ingredients, stir and enjoy!
Makes 1 large cocktail.
